HYDRATE:

Dehydration ain't pretty...or healthy, so be sure you are drinking enough water every day.  3 litres is the recommended daily amount.

Don't do it, seriously!  Just don't touch your face and do not pop your pimples - ever!

Apply sunscreen to keep your skin protected and reapply for every 2 hours that you are outdoors.

These are fun and simple to make.  Treat yourself to a mask 2 - 3 times a week and have fun experimenting with simple, yummy natural plant and food ingredients that you can easily find in your food cupboard.

 

NAIL CARE

Keep your nails clean and trimmed short.  It is sandal-weather, after all.
