But you do not have to forfeit your favourite berries, chocolate, coffee or wine and with this simple DIY Teeth whitening regimen that you can do at home, you do not have to spend a huge amount of money on professional whitening to get your pearly whites bright and gleaming again.
DIY TEETH WHITENING
- Baking Soda
- Coconut Oil
- Food grade hydrogen peroxide 3%
In a little cup, put a tiny bit of the toothpaste.
Add 1 tablespoon of the baking soda, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of the hydrogen peroxide and about 1 teaspoon of water. Mix well.
Use this mixture to brush your teeth twice a week for two minutes each time.
Once you have achieved your desired results, limit use to once every fortnight.
