Some important stuff you should know.  Use of this website & ordering of our products from this website means that you agree to the terms and conditions as stated below.


TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Unauthorised use of the content of this website is not permitted and is illegal.  Please do not  use any content without our express permission.  The use and distribution of the pages of this website is limited to personal, non-commercial use.

Wholesalers & Retailers who are reselling our products MUST market & sell the products  as TLC Naturals products.  Do not provide misleading information by marketing or selling TLC Naturals products under any other name or brand.  We take infringement very seriously!

When you submit any content to us (via email, on the website, blog or social networks of TLC Naturals), you grant TLC Naturals the right to use, modify, publish, reproduce and distribute in any TLC Naturals related media.  If you find your content (images, videos etc) submitted to us are being used by a 3rd party, do inform us as soon as possible!

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account password when you register for an account with TLC Naturals and you are responsible for all activities under your account.

Whilst we strive to maintain an error-free website, there might be errors such as inacurracies, type errors and other errors which may or may not relate to product description, availability and price.  We reserve the right to correct these and any other errors with or without notice and we extend, in advance, our deepest apologies for any inconveniences this may cause..

We currently accept payment via Paypal and orders will only be processed on receipt of cleared funds.  Please ensure you place your order correctly, choosing the right shipping method for your location and entering in your full shipping address.

If you request a refund before your order is dispatched, you might receive slightly less than what you paid as Paypal will deduct their processing fee from the amount you initially paid.

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2-3 business days.  You will be sent a shipping notification when your order is dispatched. You can expect to receive your items within 3 - 7 business days for UK, 7 - 10 business days for EU customers or 14-20+ business days for International customers. Orders are sent out by Royal Mail Signed For and we always get proof of delivery.

Express Delivery is available to UK mainland customers for an additional charge. Orders for Express Delivery by the next day must be placed no later than 10am GMT.  There must be someone available to sign for delivery on the day of delivery.  Express orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, and Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered by Tuesday.
Please note that International customers are responsible for any custom taxes imposed by their government.

All despatched orders are non-refundable.  If you choose to cancel your order before despatch, you will receive a refund which will be processed within 3 - 20 business days.  In all cases of a refund before despatch, a 5% surcharge fee is payable.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order before sending it back to us via 1st class recorded delivery in its original condition within 2 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please be advised that if your item is returned to us because it has been unclaimed, you will be bear the cost of redelivery.   Should you decide not to have the item redelivered & would prefer a refund instead, you will be refunded your invoice amount LESS a 5% processing fee incurred by Paypal.  This is applicable to all customers - domestic & international.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and users.  We do not sell, rent or loan any of our customers' email addresses or any other data to any 3rd parties.

You will not receive unsolicited from other companies as a result of dealing with us.

Any information we collect from you is to ensure we give you the best possible service.

When you access your account information or place your order, you will be doing so via a secure server which encrypts all the information you input before sending it to us.  Your shopping experience with us is completely safe.

All of TLC Naturals products are vegan.  They are also cruelty-free, for both animals and humans.

We do not use any industrially manufactured bases, artificial colours, artificial fragrances, sodium lauryl/laureth sulphates (SLS), parabens, silicones, petrochemicals or mineral oils in any of our products.

We use recyclable packaging.  We keep our packaging as simple as possible in order to spend more on high quality ingredients which go into our products.  

We print our own labels, using recycled and recyclable paper and sealing with an eco-friendly varnish.
